I was talking to Lynn on our weekly video chat yesterday. She was unpacking a box of things she ordered from Amazon. She pulled out a new bag of Ancient Sea Salt and I started to laugh.
You gotta love the big food industry in America these days. Ancient sea salt has an expiration date on it. Because ANCIENT sea salt apparently goes bad when it’s packaged in modern, chemical laden plastic. Oh, the irony!
Lynn and I laughed so hard. The more we thought about it, the more we laughed. The more Lynn laughed, the more I laughed. The more I laughed, the more Lynn laughed. I guess our “soul food” was pretty salty today.
