Most of you know I got a cancer diagnosis in January and have been dealing with that the last several months. Theoretically, today I am cancer free.
Any further treatment the medical profession is recommending is to prevent the chance of recurrence.
I’ve used the last 6 months to educate myself on cancer, health in general, and what medicine has been right and wrong about in the past. Sadly, as a result, my faith in the “practicing” medical profession is at an all-time low. However, my understanding of this amazing body encasing my eternal soul for this lifetime on planet earth is at an all-time high. And I have never been more confident that for however long God determines I have left drawing breath, I am going to physically feel better than I have for years.
You see, I believe my past behavior and choices had a lot to do with the development of clumps of cells growing out of control (called cancer by the medical profession) in my body. Because of that, I also believe my future choices will have everything to do with how terrific I am going to feel as I get back to living the way God intended.
My mental health has always been top notch. It’s time for me to bring my physical health up to the same level. I am beyond excited about the life I am redesigning for myself.
